This download checks your computer to see which components you need to download, and sets them to download in the background. If you break your connection to the internet or switch off your computer, the download will resume when next you connect to the internet.
Download size:
- An initial file of 600 KB is downloaded to your computer.
- This runs a programme which checks what components you need.
- You'll then need to download 80 - 190 MB, depending on which components you already have and which options you select.
Free hard disk space required:
- 80 - 190 MB for the downloaded file.
- 110 - 480 MB for the installation of Learn2Drive3D (depending on if you already have the pre-requisites installed.)
- After installation, the downloaded files are deleted automatically.
- Total hard disk space needed for download and installation = 190 MB - 670 MB free disk space.

- DSL (1024) :1.5 hour
- DSL (512): 3 hours
- Dialup (56k): 6 hours
RECOMMENDED
Please do not try to download Learn2Drive3D if you do not have a reasonable internet connection. If you are using a dialup connection your download will take a long time, and you'll just end up frustrated (after spending a lot of money on your phone bill). Rather click here to order a CD-ROM from us. The prices are the same as they would be to activate the downloaded version, and we don't charge extra for postage.
L2D3D download instructions:
- Click the "Download now" link below.
- You will be prompted to Run or Save. Choose Run, and Run again.
- Follow the on-screen prompts. If you are downloading for the first time, you will choose Install. If you already have a version of Learn2Drive3D, choose Modify install to download extra components, or to repair your installation.
- If you want to hide the download window, you can view it again to see your progress by clicking the Learn2Drive3D icon in your system tray (near your clock at the bottom right of your screen).
